The father of this family troupe. Robert and his wife, Tracy, have been married for over 30 years. While supporting the Troupe with his 'real job', Robert still finds time to be the 'sound guy', at least up until a few years ago when the Troupe needed him to join in a jig or two… or maybe just one... rehearse lines, play the bass bodhran, and provide the MUCH needed fifth dancer for the Rapper Sword performance.
Real Job: Retail Store Manager, and on his days off - Stone Carver, Writer and Potter
Tracy dances, acts and plays the bodhran. She also crafts the choreography and writes the scripts (assisted by Crimson Rose.) Creating the props and costuming falls to her lot as well! She preferred the title "Queen Mum" to that of 'troupe taskmaster' as she is responsible to call the troupe to practice, plans the schedules for the shows and during rehearsals does her best to keep 'the boys' in line while keeping a straight face. (.... very..... difficult.....)
Real job: Tracy H Sugg, Figurative Sculptor
Colt dances, acts and also plays the Irish drum: bodhran. Keeping us all (and many times the audience too,) on our toes with his love for spontaneity and improvisation. In all these years of performing, we have yet to have him 'stick to the script' for even one show!
Real Job: Videographer for Trail Life USA, farm manager at Beau Cheval, and also producer for the films created with his sister as Crimson Rose Productions.
Crimson Rose (yes, her real name) dances, acts, assists her Mother with the choreography, and edits the script & video clips of the shows. Her long hair in braids is a weapon of destruction to the rest of the troupe when dancing, hence she has to keep it loose- and her hair has only been caught in Robert IV's vest buttons once during a show. Oftentimes Crimson Rose is involved in antics with her younger brother; the twain are known in the troupe as "Merry and Pippin."
Real Job: Editor for Trail Life USA and director for crimsonrosepoductions.com
The youngest in the family, Robert IV dances, acts and keeps the troupe entertained during rehearsals. Robert IV gets the award for 'most energy on stage' and if we could bottle and sell that; our troupe would no longer need to ask for tips!
Often involved in shenanigans with his older sister, Robert IV is a true Troupe Treasure!
Real Job: full time Honors student at Motlow State Community College, with a vying interest in airsoft, inventing and anything to do with rocks, gems and minerals.
